Returns
- You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Any returned item must be “as new”. As new means items are unused or unmarked.
- Please include a receipt and cover note to state you would like a refund or exchange.

- Online returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from NTC Jeans. If you purchased your item from any of our retail partner please contact them directly to arrange.
International Shipping
Shipping worldwide. We use UPS express for most international shipments. Usual delivery time is 7-10 business days.
